The Job.

Global Consumer Care (known as Pet Parent Partners (3P) internally) is undergoing a large transformation within the Mars Petcare Pet Nutrition business and in particular several change activities have been identified in the EU - and potentially the APAC- region. There is a need to bring in a consistent change support resource to act as Program/Project Manager, to plan and ensure the successful Implementation of Mars Pet Parent Partners Europe 2023 transformation activities to time and budget. This transformationspans all European markets (UK, Germany, Poland and France) and involves working on initiatives at a Regional Level. Timescale for individual projects is yet to be fully defined but target is to complete the scope by end 2023.

Key Responsibilities.

The Program/Project Manager is responsible for the following activities:

- Support the scope of Pet Parent Partners (3P) transformation plans in conjunction with the EU Regional Pet Parent Partners Lead and market/country leads, setting priorities with consideration to broader Mars Pet Parent Partners business objectives
- Provide materials and communication cadences that help influence key stakeholders and engage other business functions to gain buy-in for identified change activities
- Develop and deliver program specific project scopes, monitor and report on progress and hold others to account, including external parties to ensure successful delivery of activities to time and budget
- Support the connection of these projects to other functions of work to understand where there are interdependencies (for example social listening tools, voice of the consumer reporting) and manage the connections between 3P activities and other businessinitiatives
- Support the tracking of quantitative and qualitative benefits of project activities (e.g. financial benefits, operational benefits) against program objectives to ensure we are seeing expected value delivery
- Risk and issue identification and tracking
- Financial accounting (and cost tracking)
- Monitor resource demand and capacity
- Increase Business Change effectiveness by promoting best practice Program and Project Management

**Education & Professional Qualifications**
- Essential: Certified at Practitioner level in either PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP
- Desired : Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area (e.g. Business Management)
- Desired: Other Business Change professional certifications such as MoP, PROSCI Agile PRINCE2

**Knowledge / Experience**
- Essential: Demonstrable experience in a Project or program Management role
- Essential: Demonstrable experience of planning, managing and delivering complex Projects at a cross-functional or enterprise-wide level
- Essential: Demonstrable experience of working within a structured Project environment
- Essential: Demonstrable knowledge of Project Management tools, techniques and terminology
- Essential: Demonstrable understanding of business process and change management
