**Talent Mobility Service Delivery Analyst**

The role plays a key function within Talent Mobility by acting as the co-ordination point for individual talent mobility cross border moves using technical mobility expertise. The role is responsible for ensuring individual moves adhere to Talent Mobilitypolicies and processes, as well as regulatory compliance aspects (such as tax and immigration). It does this through acting as processer of move package documentation, owning payroll set-up, governance and oversight for the suite of vendors appointed to managethe physical relocation process, and connecting stakeholders to ensure an efficient move process.
- £17.95 - £20.50 per hour PAYE
- Based in Slough 2 days per week, rest from home then possibly moving to more remote once settled in.
- 5 days per week
- 9 months (mat cover)
- Start ideally on 6th March or 13th March.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise the business and P&O on the selection of the appropriate mobility product for individual cross border moves based on talent decision tree
- Ensure proper governance of move package and set-up based on appropriate expert advice and through production of move documentation, records, and payroll set-up instructions
- Identify issues requiring specialist research or focus based on Mobility functional expertise and awareness of regulatory framework of key markets that we operate within
- Manage and delegate work to our vendor partners to deliver consistent and high-quality move management support to mobile associate and accompanying family members
- Support building a programme of compliant and timely moves through oversight of individual moves managed by vendors
- Key link in communication chain connecting vendors to appropriate business stakeholder to facilitate the process and documentation required (eg immigration paperwork)
- Manage payroll delivery process ensuring compliance for portfolio of individual moves
- Manage vendor partner to ensure service is 'fit for purpose' and effectively delivered to Associates and the business in line with KPIs
- Obtain feedback from P&O business partners and mobile Associates coordinating with Talent Mobility Effectiveness Manager to enhance and improve the facilitation of mobility arrangements
- Ensure that high quality support is provided to Associates moving internationally, acting as escalation point on service issues and individual move complexities
- Responsibility for adhering to global process ensuring consistency in service delivery and Associate experience
- Act as point of contact exception requests from move management vendor or P&O business partners
- Ownership and responsibility for the integrity and completeness of data associated with allocated Associate moves
- Manage the tax equalisation process owning the various process steps to finalise the cycle including collection of payments from Associates and instructing payments from the client.
- Partner with P&O business partner for individual moves at regular intervals during last year of assignment to drive early identification of next steps for mobile talent and enable well managed timely conclusion of assignment arrangement

**Education & Professional Qualifications**:
Previous experience in international mobility is preferred but not essential.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong external vendor partner relationship management skills, including monitoring and auditing performance and compliance
- Ability to evaluate complex mobility technical information to identify core issues and present practical, understandable advice to move stakeholders
- Impactful communication, both in speech and writing, and in a way that is open, honest, consistent, and clear
- Motivated by a passion for the international aspects of our work, professional proficiency, and a desire to serve, drive and deliver excellent client service
- Experience obtained within a large scale, fast paced mobility programme either within consultancy working on large scale accounts or within an in-house mobility function
- High level of personal responsibility and accountability
- Self-motivated with ability to prioritise workload
- Strong planning skills and organisational ability
- Experience in utilising bespoke mobility platforms and HR data systems
