**Business Analyst - Agile / Digital - Outside IR35**
**Overview**:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand who provide exciting marketing based technology products to the world's largest companies within financial services, retail and telecommunications. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to determinebusiness needs, requirements, objectives and work very closely with clients.
- The projects will have a strong focus on digital experience and data transformation._
**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Business Operations, Product teams to identify, refine, scope, and prioritise high-value features for the team
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Create/update user stories and identify dependencies and parallel work streams
- Own the design, validation, and delivery of specific high-impact, high-risk items in the roadmap
- Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users
- Participate in Agile ceremonies with scrum teams
- Work with Product team members to help maintain Product Backlog
- Coach, train, and mentor analysts and team members to improve the maturity and value of the product practices within the team
- Manage day-to-day communication with business operations, analyst, product, delivery, and program management within the organisation
- Relentless focus in use of Design thinking methods

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- 10+ years overall experience
- 4+ years of experience working with Agile (preferably product) teams as a Business Analyst
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile & Product Management. concepts - like Scrum, MVP, A/B Testing, Story Map, Service Design, Prioritisation Techniques, Road-mapping, Platform thinking, Product-mode over Project-mode, etc.
- Experience collaborating closely with business operations, product, engineering, client and UX teams.
- Business process flow diagramming
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or similar

**Contract Details**:

- 6 months - long term engagement
- Circa £500 per day (Outside IR35)
- Location: Slough 2 days per week, 3 days at home
