Bookkeeper/administration - Part Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Utilize accounting software Sage to record financial transactions
- Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and making payments
- Handle accounts receivable duties including invoicing clients and following up on overdue payments
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reports
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software Sage
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
