We have a permanent full time position working for a successful organisation based at their site in central York. The Group HR Manager position is a pivotal role in the business, delivering an effective, hands-on, practical support and advisory service tomanagers and employees. The HR manager will provide a comprehensive HR service which ensures that managers and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high-performance culture.
**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU...**

**JUST SOME OF THE DUTIES YOU WILL COVER**
- Full comprehensive HR cover for all areas including ER and managing complex ER cases
- Oversee the induction of all new staff, ensuring managers execute full induction plans
- All aspects of recruitment, setting up interviews, offer processing, contracts
- Training managers on setting KPIs conducting reviews and dealing with under-performance
- Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary
- Oversee Payroll and answering pay queries.
**THE IDEAL PERSON..**
- CIPD Level 5 or above
- Strong understanding of Employment Law
- Proven experience of complex ER matters
- An assertive leader with proven experience of managing a HR function
