**Exciting Opportunity for an experienced Data Administrator**

**Summary of Role**

GGR Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our busy team. The core objective for this role is to drive improvements in the control and management of Product data across the Group with a specific focus on SAP and InspHire system.

The Data Administrator (DA) will be responsible for the timely and accurate creation and maintenance of master data in GGR’s SAP and InspHire operating systems.

Reporting to the Operations Management team the DA will provide support to the business to ensure accurate and efficient input of, and changes to, master data in SAP and InspHire.

In addition, they will help shape the way in which master data is managed across GGR to drive improvements in productivity, quality, and control.

GGR Group Ltd is Europe’s leading supplier of vacuum handling equipment, restricted access lifting machinery and mini cranes for the construction, rail and utility sectors amongst others.

**Key responsibilities**:
Day to Day Tasks
- Adding, maintaining, and updating new and existing data in the SAP Business One company databases. Ensuring data is correct, accurate and adheres to correct procedures.
- Creation of new records and maintaining the data within the Service module of SAP Business One.
- Adding new data and maintaining/cleansing existing data in Insphire office system and ensuring this data is replicated in GGR SAP
- Prepare and upload pricing with the support of Business Development Teams
- Provide administrative support for the accurate input of data to be stored on the company server, collating received documents and generating corresponding reports for engineer and workshop use
- Maintaining Equipment forms, ensuring these items are updated correctly in Insphire and SAP.
- Operational effectiveness - adapt to tasks, varying in nature, to the requirements of the team / business ensuring timelines are still achieved
- Performing mass updating of data within SAP using Data Transfer Workbench
- Maintaining product information via the product information management system
- Equipment service coordinator cover during absence

**Experience, Knowledge & Skills**:

- Exposure to SAP Business One, specifically related to master data creation and maintenance.
- Highly computer literate - advanced excel.
- Strong character - be able to reject requests which are not in line with requirements.
- Strong Team Player - works closely with other team members plus the wider group to ensure master data is accurate
- Influencing skills - able to influence the business to follow processes and see the value in data if stored properly
- Attention to detail - concentrate on a process and follow it to the letter ensuring master data is changed in line with policy and procedure

**Desirable**:

- Have an exposure to data analysis tools including data warehouses, reporting cubes, SQL coding language,
- Product Information Management (PIM) systems exposure
- Working Knowledge of Insphire would be advantageous

**Job Terms**

Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

4% Pension Match

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
