The Group Assurance and Compliance Team is seeking a Team Administrator to join their growing department which manages varied and specialist workstreams including Document Control, CQC Compliance, CQC inspections, CQC technical registrations and any other related assurance matters.

**Main duties of the job**:

- Providing effective and efficient administrative and secretarial support, including the use of various IT systems to update spreadsheets and ordering stock/supplies.
- Organising meetings and taking minutes.
- Managing the Assistant Director of Assurance and Compliance's diary.
- Communicating with staff across all levels of the Organisation both verbally and in writing whilst maintaining the Organisation’s core values.

- Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection

**Skills**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Interpersonal skills to liaise with health professionals at all levels across the organisation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undertake further training
