**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
To ensure that all service activities are performed in a professional, efficient, safe and cost effective manner to the complete satisfaction of the customer.

**Key Activities and Accountabilities**:

- Assist to identify and exploit any opportunity for business improvement.
- Monitor key performance measures to ensure good performance is maintained and areas for improvement are identified and acted upon.
- Ensure lessons learned and best practice associated with company and industry technical standards is maintained at all times.
- Maintain active participation in improving the quality and HSE management system and bring to the attention of senior management any HSE issues that require their attention.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss global operational issues and share updates on latest company policies, structure, future plans, technologies and safety/quality related topics.
- Support the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with Industry standards and organisational needs.
- Develop, coordinate and participate in the Internal Audit Program.
- Oversee the resolution of all customer complaints, internal non conformances and audit findings. Ensure the progression and effectiveness of immediate, corrective, preventive and improvement actions resulting from customer complaints, non conformances and audits.
- Support investigations on Service Quality incidents and drive lessons learned.
- Review and approve Root Cause Analysis’ on ETRAK
- Propose Service Quality improvement initiatives for the area of responsibility and plan / support implementation.
- Develop and deliver Service Delivery training to area of responsibility and supporting staff.
- Participate with the SD Workgroup to harmonise Service Delivery within the organisation.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of Cross-PL quality plans, processes and documents related to Service Delivery.
- Maintain the agreed quality plans, processes and documents related to Service Delivery within the assigned PL and BUs.
- Assist in the preparations and development of a digitalised Service Delivery.
- Eliminate and prevent outdated / duplicated systems, processes and documents within the assigned PL and BUs.
- Provide support for new BUs to implement Service Delivery when they join the assigned PL.
- Conduct internal audits as necessary to verify conformance within the assigned PL and BUs.
- Monitor and evaluate Service Delivery performance to identify needed improvements within the assigned PL and BUs.
- Evaluate operational and customer feedback to develop Service Quality improvements.
- Coordinate/ facilitate Deliver Service training and engagement sessions with the assigned PL key personnel.
- Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
- Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes. Identify and report any deficiencies to supervisor and obtain authorisation for any deviations from standard procedures.
- Ensure objectives set under Employee Development Plan are met.

**Job Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience typically gained through 8+ years’ experience and technical knowledge of relevant equipment and services.
- API Q2 or ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor qualification beneficial
- Experience of process and procedure writing
- Working Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Statistical Analysis methods
- Working Knowledge of other International Standards including API Q2, API 6A & 14A and BS EN 10204, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- Previous supervisory experience
