Clinical Lead First Coastal Primary Care Network

To act as clinical lead for the rural division, demonstrating effective clinical leadership and management. To provide complex assessment, treatment, support and goal setting for patients. To ensure a high standard of care for all patients by effective communication with patients, carers, GPs and other health professionals. To work as an autonomous practitioner, undertaking specialist assessment of those who have complex needs using analytical and investigative approaches Ensure that the team has the appropriate levels of knowledge and skills, provide specialist advice to more junior colleagues in the management of the caseload.
Work effectively with others to develop services and create integration with other organisations.
