Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team of professionals working with SEN and Primary schools in Spilsby and Lincolnshire.

About the Role:

  • Provide support to students with special educational needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist teachers with classroom activities, adapting support to meet individual student needs.
  • Work closely with students who require additional support, promoting their engagement with the curriculum.
  • Offer guidance and feedback to students under the direction of the teacher, helping them progress academically and socially.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs or equivalent are essential.
  • A-levels, Degree, or Master's degree are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with children, whether in or outside of a school setting, or with vulnerable adults.
  • This role is also suitable for university students currently studying for a degree in a related field.
  • Experience in care or nursing is an advantage but not required.

Working with GSL Education:

  • You'll work closely with our dedicated consultants, Olivia Davey and/or Max Robertson, who will help you find regular and suitable work.
