A leading care home provider is seeking a flexible and self-motivated Scheduler/ Coordinator to join their fantastic team at their beautiful office in Lewes.

You role will involve managing rotas for Care Professionals, supporting scheduling, full administrative support, coordinating care services, liaising with clients and staff. You will also be assisting in planning, coordinating, and scheduling of client support, managing daily tasks, dealing with and referring any queries received, as well as the opportunity to support local community and business events and activities and providing cover in other business areas as and when required.

The role would suit someone with previous experience in scheduling, planning or logistics coordination and working in fast paced environments.

You should be a flexible, team player with excellent communication and relationship building skills.

You must be IT proficient with experience in using various CRM’s, systems and databases.
