Develops, evaluates and implements pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics. Conducts research and performs competitive pricing analysis. Monitors ongoing competitive environment to ensure practices do not adversely impact company reputation or customer satisfaction. Partners with Sales/Marketing, Business Development and Finance to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements. Evaluates opportunities to monetize products offered initially at little to no cost, or to create upsell opportunities as products are repositioned in the marketplace. Projects impact of pricing changes, individual promotions and rebate programs on revenue. Creates/administers pricing databases and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.
**Working at NTT**
Looking for experienced individuals to support our renewal business processes:
- Responsible for accurate and timely quote/pricing creation as needed for Restricted Clients as well as supporting Urgent or Complex opportunities.
This includes engaging direct with the client to obtain any additional information outside of the initial engagement from the AM, post Triage
- Responsible for engaging with external stakeholders to obtain the best pricing possible to win and close out the opportunity
- Responsible for accurate and timely order submission.
This includes engaging direct with the client to obtain any additional information outside of the initial engagement outside of PO processing
- Knowledge of NTT Portfolio as well as current tools and processes, good understanding of future tools also desirable (Case Mgmt, SAP & CMT)
- Good Network across the business to help solve issues and escalations
- Provide Quality Assurance function to the business to ensure accuracy of work shared with clients
- Supporting team with training, supporting partner with understanding NTT outcomes and Portfolio as it impacts the New & Renew team
- Providing a pro-active service to both internal teams and the customer, covering data quality, contract renewal processes, asset management, support contract commercial requirements and execution of ongoing improvements to deliver exceptional customer service at the highest standards.
- Work closely with the provider to support the level of service being provided to the UK organisation is in line with expectations and the needs of our front end communities and clients and provide necessary coaching and support to achieve those outcomes.
