Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional and friendly customer support.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Analyse customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Carry out passenger transport duties when required.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Preferably hold an SIA license (not mandatory).
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Physically fit and healthy, capable of walking long distances.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
