**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Effectively address customer concerns and complaints, striving for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information, guidance, and assistance to customers, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring the CRM system is utilized effectively.

You will have previous experience in a customer service or customer relations role, with exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach.
