**Role Profile**

***We are looking for a Pre-Sales Assistant to join L&Q’s Strategic Sales Division to cover a Maternity Leave for 12 month.

The post involves a high degree of collaborative working with other development teams and stakeholder management.

**In this role you will**:
Collaborate with internal teams within sales and marketing to develop a robust launch strategy to provide a consistent approach across teams.

Capture lessons learnt ensuring feedback is captured from the wider team to continually look to improve our service.

Regularly conduct market research to review what our competitors are doing to ensure we are always evolving.

**About You**:
Experienced in working within the housing sector with sales/design experience.

The ability to multitask and be able to work under pressure with a high volume of tasks.

The ability to work collaboratively within a target driven team, having great oral and written communication, and a track record of positive influence.

Experience in collaborating with internal colleagues and key stakeholders. Have the ability to build rapport and strong working relationships.

Have a good working knowledge of using the Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to quickly grasp and use internal/bespoke IT systems.
