**What can you bring to Banham?**

As Fleet Coordinator, you will work closely with our Fleet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company vehicles. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating maintenance, managing insurance claims, monitoring fuel consumption, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. You will play a key role in implementing our fleet strategy and fostering strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the scheduling, maintenance, and repairs of our fleet vehicles.
- Ensure accurate processing of fleet-related invoices and insurance claims.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all fleet documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve logístical issues.
- Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Monitor health and safety standards related to fleet operations.
- Assist with data entry and asset management processes.
- Cover Fleet Manager duties during their absence.
