**The Executive Assistant role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Executive Support Team for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to provide support to the Council’s Corporate Leadership Team and Civic Office.

The **Executive Assistant **should have excellent secretarial skills, be professional and organised and able to handle confidential information with care and discretion.An ability to work under pressure/multi-task and adhere to work deadlinesis a must along with a high level of computer literacy in Office 365, Teams and Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel.

You should be able to work on your own initiative without supervision and be a dependable team player willing to work flexibly to suit the needs of the office.
