We're looking for an Executive Assistant (12 Month Maternity Cover) to join our team in London as part of our Support function.

Your Role: You will support two executives: the Managing Director(MD) of Contagious and the Chief Content Officer (CCO)of the LIONS Division. You will become part of the Contagious Executive Team, helping to ensure the MD has all the necessary administrative, organisational and professional support to keep things running smoothly. You will also work closely with the CCO on administrative tasks and to support projects that often span across the entire division.

Key Responsibilities
- Diary and calendar management
- Minute taking in executive meetings
- Key weekly admin tasks, such as booking desks, meeting rooms etc
- Travel, expenses, staff entertainment etc
- General day-to-day admin
- Ad-hoc projects and research as necessary

Your Experience
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to handle a number of tasks concurrently
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the business
- Detail oriented across everything that you do
- Ability to work on own initiative, manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- Energetic, curious, resilient with a ‘can-do’ attitude
