We are looking for fun, motivated and enthusiastic Community and Parental Engagement Worker who will work as a member of the GBNFC Children’s Centre Team. The Community and Parental Engagement worker will engage parents and local communities in supporting Children’s Centre activities and outcomes. Develop and implement creative ways of encouraging the community to engage and participate in the service, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.Develop, nurture and maintain effective partnerships across a range of agencies and community groups who can improve outcomes for children under 5. The community and parental engagement worker will also lead on Parent Forum for the service acting as champion for engagement, Make effective links to the City Wide Parent Forum liaising directly to the Patient Experience Lead.

Working 3 days/ 22.5 hours per week between 830am-4.30pm

**CPD/Training** - Employees are paid for all mandatory training that falls outside their working outing hours.
