Responsible for providing a comprehensive recruitment service for all Doctors and Consultants across the trust.

Provide professional HR advice to staff and managers which includes the

Efficiently manage office systems and processes with a high level of
commitment and effective time management which also involves working to tight deadlines and carry out day-to-day administrative duties including updating and maintaining databases; typing; filing; photocopying and compiling minutes from interviews.

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust has a dedicated Medical HR team that provides a comprehensive and professional service to the medical workforce and management teams across the Trust.

You will need to possess excellent administrative and IT skills, as well as excellent people and communication skills. Dealing with various enquiries both internally and externally, you will need to have a pragmatic approach to your work.

The post holder will be responsible for providing a responsive and customer focused recruitment administration service ensuring that all recruitment processes are in line with NHS Employers NHS employment check standards and appropriate terms and conditions.

The post holder is responsible for managing all administration aspects of the recruitment and selection process.

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute hospital Trust in the county of Kent.

The Trust provides a full range of general hospital services and some areas of specialist complex care to around 500,000 people living in the south part of West Kent and the north part of East Sussex.

The Trust's core catchment areas are Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells and their surrounding boroughs. We work from two main clinical sites: Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury. Tunbridge Wells Hospital opened in 2011 and provides single rooms with en-suites for all in-patients - the first of its kind in the country.
