The Repair Administration Apprentice role will be providing a first-class administration support to the Repair Centre operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a professional Administration service to local Repair Centre teams
- Monitor and process reactive elements as required within the Repair Centre
- Carry out relevant Warranty Administration Processes e.g. Log Claims, arrange Part returns etc.
- Ensure that telephones are answered promptly at all times
- Undertake request as required
- Escalate any process of none conformances to Line Manager
- Provide support and cover for Inventory Role as and when required
- Manually handle physical items with variable size and weights, assistance provided where required

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Excellent administration skills
- Ability to carry out day to day tasks within agreed time scales
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
- Capable of working under pressure and within timescales
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to gain Security Clearance
