ROLE SUMMARY
DWM are a leading direct sales company working in partnership with household utility suppliers and charities across the UK.

Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are recruiting an efficient and professional apprentice administrator to join our established Finance department.

Building strong relationships with the directors and area managers is integral, as this role extends beyond the finance department.

You will support colleagues in various other areas of the business, showcasing your adaptability to diverse tasks and reflecting our commitment to teamwork and effective communication.


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Using systems, processes and technology to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Running calculations to ensure that records and payments are correct.
  • General data entry.
  • Preparing payment runs for approval.
  • Creating and processing invoices.
  • Payroll administration.
  • Assist with monthly VAT and various filings and related reconciliation.

DESIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Basic Computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A
  • C essential
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade A
  • C essential

TRAINING TO BE PROVIDED
Full day to day training will be provided.

Salary:
£5.28 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
