We are looking for a Financial Administrator Apprentice who is enthusiastic, proactive, and excited by a challenge.

We want a Financial Administrator Apprentice who is:

  • A confident communicator, able to interact with clients over the phone and in writing
  • Organised and understands the importance of planning and prioritising their workload
  • A team player that is flexible, selfmotivated and reliable
  • Able to use their own initiative to make decisions and resolve issues
  • Focused on providing outstanding customer service by paying attention to detail
  • Committed to keeping their product knowledge up to date
  • Willing to learn, with a cando attitude
  • Honest, trustworthy and punctual.


Ideally, we would like our apprentice to have some experience of working in an office, have GCSEs in Maths and English, and have an A level (or equivalent) in Finance, Business or Economics but if you are interested in the financial sector and have the desire to succeed, we want to talk to you.


During your apprenticeship, you will:

  • Work with a Training and Development Coach to create a professional development plan that is personalised to your needs.
  • Attend monthly, online Masterclasses on topics such as financial regulations, customer communication and relationships, planning and service delivery.
  • Receive 1:1 support from Coaches who have considerable experience of working in the financial services sector.
  • Get sixhours of study time, away from your desk, per week.
  • Be able to attend workshops and guest speaker seminars.
