Provide an administrative role for the Steps to Health Team and when required direct requests to the appropriate professional(s) Ensure accurate and timely updating and inputting of patient details, appointments and information into clinical record (EMIS). Produce and collate agreed reports for the department, Trust and local and national requirements Support the team through effective performance reporting and data management. Provide analytical data to support research projects, audits and contract information To provide a range of administration and clerical support including those resulting from telephone calls and on occasion, telephone triage. Collating of additional data/record reviews within the unit as required and directed by manager/supervisor Secretarial support in the form of typing or generating letters.
