We have a fantastic opportunity for a SaaS Customer Success Manager to be part of a global, market-leading SaaS provider.

**Salary £40-50k DOE -plus bonus**

**Brighton Office**

**Hybrid working**

**Key Responsibilities**:
This company offers is a SaaS solution for managing fleets of vehicles, they use algorithms to produce better route planning, which accounts for traffic conditions and known roadworks, as well as vehicle types.

Ultimately they can save companies 20% in fuel costs, therefore also supporting carbon-cutting goals.

Core to the Customer Success position will be; Developing, managing, and growing existing customer relationships across the UK in order to deliver profitable contract-based business.

Also, customer retention and increased usage are key elements of the role.

**OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and maintain customer relationships on a profitable basis
- Improving customer usage
- Maximising revenue by ensuring the Customer has the right tools and training to effectively sell
- Ability to upsell functionality and upgrade packages
- Offer product demonstrations to upsell/cross-sell new products
- Manage and transition customers onto new agreements
- Rapidly building and maintaining an understanding of the product capabilities and value proposition, themarketplace and competitors
- Control and handle finance issues with key customers
- Making appointments with decision-makers by phone/social media
- Technical skills to deliver demos and able to identify areas customers can improve usage and upsell consultancy services
- Complete weekly/monthly reports or forecasts as required
- Visit clients on-site - travelling at least 25% of the time.

- Appropriate and demonstrable use of selling skills
- Maintain necessary levels of company, customer and competitor knowledge
- Maintain of good business relationships and credibility with colleagues
- Strong technical demo and operational skills
- Understanding and improving customer usage

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- 3+ years in a customer success/account management role with a SAAS organisation
- Account Management
- upselling experience
