Job Description

Trident is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their business goals using our products and cloud services. You will build and sustain strong client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our services.
