Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a role in a dynamic SME? Do you put people at the centre of all you do?

Juice is excited to be supporting a client in the search for a brand new HR Manager.

This role is newly created, stand-alone and offers flexibility over working hours.

opportunity to make an impact. We’re looking for an approachable, friendly and super-organised leader. Ideally, you’ll be used to working in a creative and

dynamic working environment. You’ll play a key role in driving the people side of the business in all things talent, retention and culture

Based in Bath with some opportunity for hybrid working.

DAY TO DAY:
Working with Senior leadership team to develop and shape strategy

Defining, improving and delivering HR processes, communicating key messages across the business

Leading on all activities such as recruitment, building relationships with 3rd parties and relevant industry bodies

Championing the employer brand, elevating company profile as a workplace of choice

Supporting the on-boarding processes, inductions, feedback forms, employee surveys etc

Acting as the main contact for all HR queries such as holiday, flexible working requests, basic day to day ER

Understanding and promoting equality, diversion and inclusion in the workplace

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
