We are working alongside an exciting and purpose driven brand design agency based in Bath. Counting some of the biggest global names in FMCG among their client base, they have gone from strength to strength and, due to continued growth, they are looking for a Head of HR to join their team. In this role you will be at the heart of our client’s business and will be responsible for everything HR focused; from developing the long-term, high-level HR strategy, through to the day-to-day, hands-on management, getting stuck in with anything and everything that arises.

**What you'll be doing**
- Working with the SLT to shape the HR Strategy for the business.
- Leading the day to day running of HR, developing resources across the business.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders of all levels.
- Recruitment and onboarding lead.
- Fluent in diversity, equality, and inclusion in the creative industries.
- Stay up to date on any potential risks to the business: Legislation changes etc.

**What you'll need to apply**
- Be able to work 3 days a week in Central Bath.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high-level HR role.
- CIPD preferred.
