**Position Summary**
The Group & Events Coordinator is the main point of contact and therefore responsible for coordinating incoming queries from group bookers, and queries from corporate clients on events and venue hire, ensuring that the customer service pre, during and post-experience is executed at the highest level. You will be responsible for guest information flow to both colleagues and management, so strong communication skills are key. The role requires a passion for delivering great customer service, with a can-do attitude and willingness to provide memorable experiences to our guests.

**Scope & Responsibilities**
Prepare quotations and respond to general enquiries.
Make follow up calls with clients.
Show clients around the venues.
Hold meetings with clients to better understand their requirements and progress their event enquiry into a booking.
Use our ticketing system LineUp to make reservations and pay invoices once received.
Chase pre-order forms and payment when the deadlines have passed.
Liaise with the management teams at both locations on any bespoke requests for group or event/venue hire bookings.
Maximise sales by cross selling and up selling as appropriate.
Work with the Marketing and Business Development Manager to develop new sales collateral.
Conduct corporate and competitor research.
Assist the Marketing and Business Development Manager in report building and data finding.
Take responsibility for achieving monthly sales targets.
Work with the marketing and operations team to adapt and improve internal processes and procedures around group bookings.
Ensure follow up surveys are sent to all completed bookings and report back findings to the appropriate departments to action.

**Background & Experience**
You will be a highly self-motivated individual, with a wide variety of experience working in customer services. Previous experience in immersive experiences, theatre, events or visitor attractions is preferable.
