Senior Compensation Analyst working with a Compensation Lead to provide broad-based compensation analytical support.
**The Role**:

- Supporting and advising Compensation Leads and Advisors on data analytics:

- Create complex data models and interrogate data
- Generate insights from data and present findings to Compensation Leads and Advisors
- Collaboration with the global compensation team during the annual cycle compensation review, generating report packs for leaders and CEO
- Assists with sales compensation analysis, modeling, and design
- Act as a mentor and lead to more junior team members
- Helps with Q/A work and manage data related activities such as ad hoc reporting
- Assess technical/data limitations and help develop recommendations for remediation

**The Requirements**:

- Proficient in use of data analytics tools such as BI Publisher
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Able to create and troubleshoot complex macros, create data models, able to program using VBA
- Advanced proficiency with other Microsoft Office modules, including Word and PowerPoint
- Detailed-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload, priorities, and deadlines
- Pro-active and dynamic work style, geared towards working in a rapidly changing and evolving environment
- Knowledge of/proficiency in Oracle HCM preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or Mathematics, or a related field
