Day and Night Concierge

**Core Duties**:

- Managing the desk alongside 2 other Concierge and a Building Manager, providing exceptional customer service
- Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues where required
- Escalating issues to the Building Manager when required
- Ensuring compliance with all company procedures
- Make reservations where required at restaurants, theatres and taxis etc.

This opportunity will suit a service professional with customer delivery at the forefront of everything they do. The company are passionate in ensuring that every employee has the full training and skill-set required to carry out their role, so you will also be enrolled onto a number of industry relevant training courses, to further your career development.

**Required attributes**:

- 2+ years previous experience as a Concierge within either the hospitality or residential sector
- Customer service driven and passionate about 5-star hospitality
- Able to work as part of a busy and established team
- Take pride in your appearance

7am-7pm / 7pm-7am

4 days on, 4 days off

£25,000-£27,000pa doe
