The role as Night Receptionist, will see you accommodate guests in and out of the luxury venue with a 5-star service.

You must be personable and be committed to bringing about the ultimate guest experience skills and be prepared go that extra mile to give people an unforgettable experience.

**Prerequisites -**

Previous experience in a 5-star Hotel environment is ideal

Experience using the system Opera

Full UK rights to work

**Duties Include -**

Checking Guests in and out.

Answering telephone queries.

Taking and amending reservations.

Taking and Delivering room service orders and offer the hotel’s services to ensure that the hotel maximises revenue at every opportunity.

Adhering to overnight evacuation procedures throughout the night in emergency situations.

**What about you?**

The ideal Night Receptionist will be immaculately presented and have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star Hotel. Bringing your own individuality, punctuality and 5-star service to this role is fundamental it’s success.

**Salary**: £23,088.00-£30,000.00 per year
