**About the Role**

The Quality Governance Administrator will work as part of the quality governance team to support the delivery of key performance indicators, and provide high quality support for governance related meetings and the wider team.

We are looking for someone to undertake the processing of incidents in line with policies and procedures. The Quality Governance Administrator is key to ensuring that CHEC connects with the people we serve in delivering our vision and clinical priorities, and the role holder will work with a range of patient and public groups.

**We are looking for someone who can.**
- Manage the patient satisfaction survey system and support staff in obtaining patient feedback, ensuring that issues are promptly acted upon.
- Identify barriers to service user and carer engagement and work collaboratively to ensure these are overcome.
- Develop innovative, inclusive and effective opportunities for service users and carers to provide feedback.
- Collate and report upon performance data including patient satisfaction questionnaires, and patient feedback.
- Provide administrative support to the Quality Team and be a point of contact for patients and members of the public who wish to contact the service.
- Create and analyse reports to review themes and trends from patient feedback.
- Support Regional Quality Governance Leads in the reviewing and investigating of incidents where appropriate.
- Process data and dashboards, and report on any themes/trends.
- Carry out analysis of data to produce and disseminate accurate and easy to use analytical re-ports that are fit for purpose, and which are presented in the most suitable format to the relevant audience

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Proven experience within a similar role
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages for data analysis and presentations
- The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems
