**Recruitment Partner (6 Month FTC)**

This role will require visits to our **Fleet office.**
**The role**:
You’ll help us continue to achieve our ambitious goals over the coming years by securing the talent we need to do extraordinary things.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Leveraging your sourcing creativity to build relationships with diverse talent
- Working with managers to identify skills gaps
- Utilisation of various sourcing platforms (Linkedin, Cord etc)

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Previous experience in an agency, RPO or in-house recruitment team, with a track-record of creatively sourcing diverse and in-demand talent
- We believe that ‘everything is written in pencil’, so you’ll be able to show how you’ve previously adapted to changing demands and prioritised key deliverables.
