The Programming and Administration Officer role is the key to the successful delivery of the wide-ranging, high-quality programme of events and activities. Working closely with the Theatre Manager, they act as a point of contact for show promotors, hirers, film distributors and staff. They are always seeking opportunities to develop the events programme, and as part of this process, they coordinate the theatre's cinema and exhibition programmes. Using the theatre event management system, they confirm bookings, issue contracts and ensure the necessary information is available to put the events on sale.
Excellent organisational skills are required to coordinate theatre bookings and special events. Previous administrative experience is necessary, preferably in a theatre/arts environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,294.00 per year
