Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring its effective and smooth functioning.
  • Managing all facets of office administration
  • Coordinating all Equipment Rental needs
  • Keeping precise and current company records and databases.
  • Organizing workforce requirements for client assignments
  • Handling incoming communications, prioritizing inquiries, and ensuring prompt replies.
  • Collaborating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Facilitating health and safety protocols.

About You:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable office management position, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative capabilities with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with specialized software (an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety standards in construction, including PPE.
  • Effective and clear communicator with the ability to foster strong relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Proactive with excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
