Senior Financial Administrator/Report Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Services Practice Manager and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain client files and records
  • Assist with the completion of suitability reports and other financial documents
  • Conduct research and provide data analysis to support business decisions
  • Manage and maintain client relationships through effective communication and customer service
  • Collate and analyze data to support business reporting and MI
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of financial products and services to provide expert advice to clients
  • Support the completion of all FCA reports and PI cover
  • Maintain and update all client files and records
  • Provide administrative support to the Financial Services Practice Manager and other team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial services administration role
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
