**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to support the wider facilities management team a within a FTSE100 leading investment firm in Bristol. You will be organising, documenting and recording service visits and records. You'll makesure all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to the required standard and you'll work with contractors to ensure robust frameworks are in place.

**What you'll be doing**
- Supporting the Facilities and Building Management team in the upkeep of all maintenance and service records.
- Planning maintenance works and distribute key information such as Risk Assessments and Method Statements to relevant persons.
- Raising purchase orders for the department, sense check invoicing and approve payment upon completion of works.
- Providing administrative support across the Facilities team.
- Supporting in the set up and renewal of Facilities Maintenance Contracts through the Vendor Management process.
- Managing relationships with external service providers, ensuring delivery of PPM on time.
- Minute taking for Facilities meetings and distribution of agenda's.
- Filing of electronic and hard copy documents.
- Organising on site meetings with contractors and internal stakeholders

**About you**
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise and plan workload
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors and service providers
- Basic understanding of Facilities tasks and associated risks

**Interview process**

This will be a one stage interview process.

**Working Schedule**

37.5 hours per week, covering core hours of 09:30-16:00 PM
