**Role: People & Culture Officer / Advisor**

**Contract: Temporary for 8-10 weeks**

**Location: Hybrid working
- MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO BRISTOL ONCE A MONTH**

**Rate of pay: £12.74 per hour +holiday pay**

**Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (flexibility around core hours)**

As a HR Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Recruitment coordination and onboarding - advertising jobs, arranging interviews, pre-employment checks, welcome packs, drafting offer letters and contracts, arranging probation reviews
- Reporting on HR KPI's - collating information, analysing any trends and reporting to SLT as required
- Advising / guiding line Managers on HR best practice when it comes to employee relations issues around sickness / absence, disciplinaries, grievances, performance and capability issues.
- Updating and maintaining employee data on the HR System
- Project coordination for all people-related projects

The ideal HR Officer will be someone who:

- Is CIPD qualified or equivalent (desirable but NOT compulsory)
- Has previous experience in an extremely fast-paced and busy HR generalist role, within a highly regulated environment
- Has a real CPD attitude to own development - uses own initiative to further develop own skill set
- Has the ability to think outside the box and inspire creativity.
- Has impeccable organisation and timekeeping skills
