My client is an exciting family run business who are looking for a Sales Team Manager to join the team in a newly created role. The is a brilliant opportunity for someone to lead the Sales team and drive the business forward by acquiring new clients, whilst nurturing the existing relationships.

The ideal person must have a proven track record of success in a Sales leadership position.

**As a Sales Team Manager your duties will include**:

- Develop and implement a clear and effective sales strategy
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring sales objectives are met
- Lead and manage a team of external sales agents
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Nurture existing business and identify opportunities for upselling

**As a Sales Team Manager you will have the following skills**:

- Previous experience working within a heavily Sales environment is essential
- Previous experience managing a team is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised
