**Sales Administrator**

**Location: Airedale House business Centre, Leeds LS4 2EW**

**Salary £11.50ph**

**Hours**: Monday - Friday

BTY Sales and Marketing are an innovative sales business specialising in renewable energy and smart home technology. We manage the full process from advertising, qualifying booking and to surveying properties and installation. We invest heavily into marketing to insure we are speaking to the correct audience. **We are currently seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator**

**Your main responsibility as our Sales Administrator will be to provide support to sales representatives from quote to installation. Ensuring contracts are complete and accurate, providing relevant feedback where required.**

**What experiences and skills are we looking for in our Sales Administrator?**
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role.
- Great IT skill, specifically in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, motivated, results driven.
- First class communicator.

**What your day to day tasks would be.**
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Confirm booked appointments with prospects.
- Work closely with sales reps to avoid delay with incorrect and incomplete contracts.
- Follow up relevant departments for installation dates.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about any status changes.
- Monitor sales activities and provide reports on sales performance.

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
