The Digital Transformation team is looking for a Digital Strategy Transformation Lead to support the new Digital Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to lead/coordinate a variety of projects across the organisation.

This post will have benefits management as a key focus across the digital strategy and business as usual activities. The postholder will be a motivated, team player, able to work on individual pieces of work or manage a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a successful project to time and within budget.

Practical experience of change management, benefits management/realisation and project/matrix working are essential for this role with a good understanding of how the Trust operates and uses its digital systems and technologies. Knowledge /Qualification of Change Management and project management methodology would be an advantage.

The post holder will provide lead transformational support to staff and teams with a focus for delivering successful change projects within the organisation. The primary function is to support the Trust and staff to implement and optimise current and future digital systems and technologies and coordinate transformation activities tofacilitateand implement changes to ensure requirements are achieved and benefits are realised. As a Trust identified as a Global Digital Exemplar (GDE), the role will be directly involved in transformation activities connected to the ongoing Digital Strategy.

Main duties of the job
- Lead transformation support within BAU and Projects
- Support the Project management Office for Digital strategy
- Work with key stakeholders and services to support change
