About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Strategist to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital content strategy, ensuring that our online presence effectively communicates our values and services to our diverse audience.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging digital content, with a strong understanding of website structure, labelling, navigation, and search requirements. You will work closely with our digital communications officers, content strategy manager, and external suppliers to deliver high-quality content that meets the needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify content needs and requirements, develop content strategies, and define objectives.
  • Produce and deliver content plans for digital platforms, taking the lead on planning, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Commission and/or create effective content and multi-media, including graphics, photography, and video/animations, and distribute them via the website Content Management System.
  • Coordinate and support project team members and provide guidance for other teams on how to plan and deliver effective content.
  • Monitor content performance and produce monthly reports summarising activity and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Issue regular project updates and communications to engage different stakeholders in the project.
