About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Manager to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify content needs and requirements, develop content strategies, and define objectives
  • Produce and deliver content plans for digital platforms, taking the lead on planning, delivery, and evaluation
  • Commission and/or create effective content and multi-media, including graphics, photography, and video/animations, and distribute them via the website Content Management System
  • Coordinate and support project team members and provide guidance for other teams on how to plan and deliver effective content
  • Monitor content performance and produce monthly reports summarising activity and making recommendations for improvements
  • Issue regular project updates and communications to engage different stakeholders in the project
