**Description**

The duties of the successful Office Manager will include:

- Overseeing general office operation
- Supervising, training and mentoring office staff
- Ordering office supplies
- Preparing letters and documents
- Coordinating the maintenance of the office
- Recording the office expenditure and manage the budget

**Profile**
- Office management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Have excellent Customer Service
- Be approachable and personable
- Have great attention to detail
- Be confident when talking to senior members of staff and customers
