HR Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a HR Manager to join us at Barbon. Barbon, part of the PIB Group have offices in Lincoln, Chester, Stockton-on-Tees and Dover with an employee headcount of 600 people. Within the Barbon Group you will be responsiblefor the HR across the various sites including Homelet (Lincoln), Let Alliance (Chester), Rent4Sure (Dover) and UKInsuranceNET (Stockton-on-Tees, so travel will be required.
The role reporting into the CEO and COO will provide strategic HR direction for the Barbon Group areas, enabling the development and delivery of the people strategy. You will be working as part of the Divisional Leadership team to provide employee consultancyand drive successful business outcomes with a high degree of collaboration.
The Barbon Group is made up of many call centres so this role would suit someone who enjoys supporting people, likes a challenge and who comes from a fast-paced organisation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Member of the divisional Executive Team helping to deliver superior business performance
- Direct and manage the divisional implementation of PIB Group People framework, policy & procedures
- To lead the people aspects of organisational design and change
- To work across complex organisational structures and multiple sites
- Manage talent management process and succession planning for business division
- Manage complex HR projects
- Build and sustain strong relationships with the business leads and wider HR Group team & Shared Services
- Manage and support employee engagement strategy, activities and outcomes
- Provides advice and guidance and steer the outcome of ER cases
- Act as a focal point for performance improvement and promote positive changes for the people management policies and processes
- Work with Group Head of L&D to identify skills gaps and create solutions
- Contribute to the development of Group wide People Strategy
**Experience**:
- Relevant work experience gained within a senior HR role
- Experience of influencing senior business leaders
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices
- Proven track record working in complex business structures
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship management capability
- Thorough knowledge of employment law, best practice policy & procedures
