Are you a Nurse/ Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) and passionate about working with children and young people in a Buckinghamshire community mental health setting, who wants to be able to work from home and a clinical base?

Do you want to work as part of a Non-Medical Prescribing team as the Lead NMP, and develop your clinical leadership skills?

And as a vital member of the team help the system to understand the complete identity of the young people in our ADHD clinic, including their neurodivergence, mental health and developmental profile.

Then this role is for you.
- Lead on dynamic, holistic and evidence-based assessments to develop an effective medication regime using specialist knowledge
- Prescribe medication within the boundaries of professional competence
- Integrate appropriate non-drug-based treatment methods into patient management plans
- Contribute to Multi-professional assessment and formulation of the needs of child and young person
- Work closely with families and the education and social care systems to empower them to help the child / young person to reach their potential
- To assess and manage risk with a specialist understanding of how neurodivergence contributes and can complicate the presentation
