Planning Team Lead

Kier Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to lead planning efforts on non-infrastructure projects in the Thames Valley region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner to work on projects that contribute to the development of the region's infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:- Programme delivery: Develop and review project schedules, resource loading, and commercial forecasts to support project management decisions.
- Contract management: Analyze contract metrics and make improvement recommendations.
- Team leadership: Manage a planning team and provide guidance on commercial and contractual matters.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in NEC / IChemE contract-based planning in non-infrastructure projects.
- Excellent knowledge of civils and MEICA-based projects in the water industry.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a planning team.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
The estimated salary for this position is around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
