Job Description
The Audi Workshop Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians to ensure effective repairs that meet sales, cost, and customer targets. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Coordinating productive staff to achieve volume, sales, cost, and customer/quality targets.
  2. Ensuring all health and safety policies and procedures are followed, and monitoring safe working practices among staff.
  3. Planning departmental and site productivity by holiday planning, workshop loading, scheduling, and performance management of productive staff.
  4. Applying Standard Operating Procedures following policy standards.

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum.
