What You'll Be Doing
- The management and coordination of productive staff to ensure effective repairs meet volume, sales, cost, and customer/quality targets.
- Ensuring all health and safety policies and procedures are followed and monitoring the correct use and storage of PPE.
- Planning departmental and site productivity by holiday planning, workshop loading, scheduling, and performance management of productive staff.
- Applying Standard Operating Procedures following policy standards.
